Time flies. In this realm it flies like a flash of light. I am still recovering from the fact that it is the last five years-how fast it was gone. Like a whisker.
The only regret of mine is my patience for the wrong person. I have waited for the wrong person and believed in the fact of one sidedness.
Only god and parents love you one sidedly, without expecting anything. Though some expectations are quite natural, the fact is they will not stop loving you if you don’t give them back.
Maybe this is why any parent never curses his child even if that child throws their parents into old age home.
Nothing in this world is free, you have to pay a certain price for everything.
Let’s jump into the fact. From my childhood I believed in one sided love and never believed in self care. I forget that if you are not well, you cannot indulge yourself in the welfare of others. I forget that self care is not a crime. One sided friendship, love or maintaining a relationship of any kind is nothing but wasting your precious time; though up to certain time it can be permitted. If the other one does not care about your existence, it only comes to you only when they need you -to heal their wound and share their issues. Once everything got okay then they started treating you like a shit.
The teenager and college students forget this thing only-you cannot believe the wolf again after they get unmasked. If you still believe in them repeatedly then you are inviting a deep wound, trauma, toxicity and every negativity of this world. That is nothing but compromising with your self esteem, belief and self respect.For that one wolf a vicious circle of suffering started rotating. We punished the innocent one for some other’s mistake.
Starts accepting rejection, it is a boon. One should not change itself to become someone’s favourite. You are unique, love yourself, find out the best version of yours and keep working. Start enjoying your own company to become a great companion.
