What advice would you give to your teenage self?
The advice will always be-
Self care is neither selfishness nor a sin. If you cannot be happy for yourself you cannot make other people happy. If you cannot enjoy your own company you cannot be a good companion. You never lose your true version of yourself just to please someone, they either have to accept the true version or leave.
